Kasson Bratton is the Head of School at Hong Kong Academy and a veteran international educator with 20 years of leadership experience.

A recognized contributor to the EARCOS and ACAMIS networks, he frequently presents and facilitates on topics ranging from restorative practices and relational leadership to the strategic integration of Artificial Intelligence in education. Beyond his regional contributions, Kasson serves as an evaluation leader for the Council of International Schools (CIS), where he supports global school improvement and accreditation. Driven by the mantra “be kind, be curious, work hard,” he is dedicated to fostering inclusive learning environments that balance human-centered belonging with future-ready innovation.
