Participants are asked to provide evaluative feedback after each workshop in each programme every year.  A sample of participant feedback from the 2023/24 programmes is as follows;

The first and last sessions with Chris were very impactful and eye-opening. It helped to filter out the actual issues to work on, question the current approaches and draft the pathway forward
I have already been able to implement some of the strategies learnt from the sessions. This has been especially noticeable when having to have some challenging conversations with a member of my team.
I really enjoyed taking the course with my colleagues and the videos to watch as part of the gel sessions. This time to collaborate with colleagues and discuss was really valuable.
The Singapore Leadership Programme has significantly enriched my professional practice, equipping me with new skills, perspectives, and strategies to enhance my effectiveness starting with my circle of influence.
It was an great opportunity to have collaborated with colleagues from other school and got to know different perspective and opinions.
I thought it was fantastic and thank you for the delivery, Chris and Greg were brilliant and really engaging.
I found overall that the course had good pace and that the content in the sessions were practical, helpful and insightful. The sessions gave a lot of opportunity to reflect on our inquiry and our own leadership journey in general.
Thank you for your tremendous efforts in running such a brilliant course. The quality of people met made it very enjoyable. The facilitators played a big role in making it that way too!
The program has really helped me to think about leadership from multiple perspectives. For example, I think about the different ways in which leaders influence staff, strengths vs. overstrengths, hierarchies in school environments.
I have realised the importance of self awareness and the importance of being able to take regular feedback from people in your team.
I have been empowered to implement ideas and changes at school and manage them with colleagues. These are things that I was already going to do as part of my role, but the course has given me direction in how to present the vision to colleagues and manage change etc.
